Nanyang International Scholarships 2021 in Singapore (Fully Funded)

 Applications are invited to apply for the Nanyang International Scholarships 2021 in Singapore. All International Students from any part of the world are eligible to apply for Nanyang Technological University Scholarships 2021. The university is offering three types of scholarships for students to undertake Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or Doctoral (PhD) Degree from Singapore. These are the Fully Funded Scholarships for the academic session for 2021-22.

All academic fields and majors are available at NTY under this scholarship to pursue Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree. The scholarship will cover all the expenses to study free in Singapore. The scholarship duration for Bachelors Degree is 4 Years, 2 Years for Masters Degree and 4 Years for PhD Degree.

NYU was established in 1981 and it is the 2nd oldest Research institution in Singapore. According to QS World University Rankings, it is ranked at 1st in the country and 13th in the world. Almost 24,000 national and international students are enrolled in the university.

Financial Benefits:

1) Nanyang Scholarship:

  • Full tuition the fee waiver will be provided.
  • A yearly living allowance of S$6,500 will be provided.
  • A yearly accommodation allowance will be provided of S$2,000
  • A Grant of up to S$5,000 will be provided for travel.
  • Computer allowance of up to S$1,750 will be provided.
  • Overseas students will be prioritized.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • All international students can apply.
  • All candidates must be willing to take a full-time undergraduate program at the university.
  • A candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A candidate will be prioritized for possessing extra-curricular activities.
  • A candidate must possess leadership potential and qualities.

  • Personal statement (300 words limit)
  • A recent digital passport size photo
  • Referee’s appraisal

2) Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship:

  • The tuition fee waiver will be provided
  • Monthly Stipend
  • Conference Allowance ​
  • ​IT Allowance
  • ​​Annual grant for Journal subscription or book purchase ​will be provided
  • ​Thesis Allowance
Eligibility Criteria:
  • All domestic and international students can apply.
  • A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree if applying for a master’s leading to a Ph.D. program.
  • A candidate must hold a master’s or equivalent degree if applying for a Ph.D. program.
  • A candidate must be medically fit.

How to Apply for Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship?
  • A candidate must apply for university admission before applying for the scholarship.
  • All willing candidates are directed to apply online.
  • A candidate should make sure that he fills out the application with correct information.

3) NTU Research Scholarship:

  • Full Tuition fee waiver
  • Monthly Stipend (additional $500 for Ph.D. students)
Eligibility Criteria:
  • All domestic and international students can apply.
  • A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree if applying for a master’s program.
  • A candidate must hold a master’s or equivalent degree if applying for a Ph.D. program.
  • A candidate must be medically fit.
  • A candidate must be willing to be a full-time student.
  • A candidate should not be an awardee of any other program, fellowship, getting an allowance, or on paid employment.
How to Apply for NTU Research Scholarship?
  • A candidate can apply for the scholarship while applying for admission to the university.
  • All willing candidates are directed to apply online.

4) Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA):

  • Tuition fee wavier
  • Monthly Stipend from S$2,000 to S$2,500.
  • One-time airfare will be provided up to S$1,500*
  • The settling-in allowance will be provided up to S$1,000*
Eligibility Criteria:
  • All international graduates can apply.
  • A candidate should hold a passion for research.
  • A candidate must have good writing skills and fluency in English.
